The workshop included talks on topics such as spline models, point-could fitting, isogeometric variational formulations, adaptivity with hierarchical splines, and optimization, among others. Moreover, there were several hands-on sessions and discussions on current and future developments of the G+Smo library.

We extend an invitation to a course designed for engineers, graduate students, and researchers. The course aims to provide a thorough review of numerical techniques and solution algorithms for nonlinear mechanics.
Each day will conclude with an interactive session where sample problems are addressed, solved on the spot, and utilized as a basis for discussion. The course will take place in the beautiful and historical Palazzo Vistarino, via sant’Ennodio 26, Pavia, Italy.
